Southwest Iowa’s largest farm cooperative will be sold off piecemeal under a bankruptcy liquidation plan to be filed today in the federal bankruptcy court for the Southern District of Iowa in Des Moines.
“We’re going to hire an auctioneer and liquidate most of the assets,” said Don Neiman, a Des Moines attorney representing Crestland Cooperative.
